When do I get my cashback?

When will I get my cashback?

We pay cashback four times per year.  They are outlined in this table:

Purchases between* Are Paid*
January 1st - March 31st  May 15th
April 1st - June 30th August 15th
July 1st - September 30th November 15th
October 1st - December 31st February 15th

 * Purchase dates and Paid dates are subject to change.

We generally try and make payments prior to the payment date.

For the two types of payments we make:

PayPal - Will be paid around the 'Are Paid' date.  This date is a little flexible depending on when weekends or holidays land.

Check - Will be sent on or before the 'Are Paid' date.

 

Other Important Information

The dates listed above are our general guidelines for payouts.   However the Order locking date must have passed prior to the paid date in order for an order to become confirmed and payable. 

Retailers are able to change the locking date to give them more time to investigate orders.  As long as they do it before the current locking date.
